What information will be collected from this website?
When you visit our website or download information, our ISP will collect and store your assigned IP address, the date and time of your visit, the information accessed and the referring page. Information which you submit to us in online forms may be stored and used according to this privacy statement.
The information you provide to the Brown Nurses is used for:
processing donations and the issuing of taxation receipts (if requested by the supporter)
informing supporters about programmes and activities
responding to comments and /or questions from supporters
soliciting further support
improving services and information that we provide to supporters
in the case of online referrals, processing and reviewing that referral before providing a service.
Anonymous donations can be made to the Brown Nurses at any time; however, we are unable to provide an anonymous donor with a receipt.
The Brown Nurses will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
Whenever financial details are provided we use security encrypted response forms. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software.
If you would prefer to make a donation via means other than online, the online form can be downloaded and printed for manual completion and mailed to the PO Box above.
